We have a total of 30 businesses providing sales, service and accident repair services across Sussex, Surrey, Kent and Hampshire.

Fast Track with Harwoods

Are you a college leaver, new in a career or want a change of career?

We are looking for raw talent who we will induct through our Academy in a ‘fast track’ programme. The Programme will include induction, skills training, “walking in the shoes of", meet the team and much more. The programme will run out of our centrally located showroom with a combination of classroom workshops and visits to local sites for essential practical experience across many of our Harwoods Group locations.

The fast track programme will be across 3 weeks and you will be deployed to various sites for continued learning and the start of your careers. Once accredited, you will become fully fledged members of our Harwoods family, turning your strengths from ideas to excitement.
