Harwoods Shortlisted for AM Awards 2023
We’re delighted to announce that Harwoods has been shortlisted in the Online Consumer Experience of the Year (Franchised) category at this year's AM Awards.
After a staggering number of entries in the 2022 awards, this year the awards are back with even more categories and opportunities for motor retailers, manufacturers, and suppliers to be recognised, awarded and to network and enjoy the benefits that go with being a part of the occasion. From the Community Hero Award to Leasing Operating of the Year and Independent Workshop of the Year, the AM Awards recognises different companies and sectors within the UK automotive industry.
Harwoods Group has been listed for the Online Consumer Experience of the Year - Franchised award, which recognises excellent, comprehensive, customer-focused digital experience for consumers who are searching online for their next car, whether new or used.
In 2020, Harwoods developed a plan for a digital transformation, which included plans to build a new website, create a fresh new look for the business and introduce a fully digital online buying platform, streamlining an end-to-end purchasing experience in a simple yet efficient way.
In September 2022, the brand-new website launched, creating an intuitive experience for each customer, whether they are enquiring, browsing, or purchasing. From a simplified journey to pre-filled forms and customizable filters, the recent digital transformation puts customers in control and provides a bespoke service for every customer. Harwoods Group are proud to be shortlisted for the Online Consumer Experience Award as it recognises the growth, success, and dedication to pushing the business into future - the new website is just the beginning. The AM Awards take place in London on Thursday 11th May, where one winner will take home an award from each category.
