Driver must have held a full valid UK or EU driving licence for a minimum of 12 months, have less than 8 points and free from any endorsements other than speeding in the past 3 years and is subject to a driver licence check. Driver must not have been subject to a period of disqualification during the last 3 years. Vehicle is only available for personal use on public roads and excludes track use and all forms of hire & reward, i.e. carriage of passengers for payment including driving tuition or transport of goods for payment.
